I loved that I was just a short walk from Taco Surf for tasty bites and a quick trip to Vietnam War Memorial Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon strolling among the beautiful greenery, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly was good, despite the need for more thorough room maintenance.

Iwe were traveling from Nebraska & by the time I realize that we wouldn't make it to Best Western until the following day, called them to cancel my reservation they did not honor my request & went ahead & charged us for a room that We did not use So disappointed

It was very clean, staff was very friendly, great continental breakfast. Our room didn't have no nasty smell. Beds were very comfortable.

Couple things the stairs need to be rebuilt and the bathtub was old. Other then that I was very happy and would stay again.

Big hype, little substance

The breakfast looked tempting, yet limited in variety. Parking was well-organized, but I expected more from this visit. While friendly staff was great.

The room was clean and cozy, complete with a microwave and fridge, made things so convenient. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. A mix of hot and cold items that kept me fueled for the day!

The hotel was well priced and ideal, I recommend it to friends. The venue was clean, the rooms where spotless😀😀

The rooms were brand-new, decent size, came with kitchenette and bed sheets & comfortable beds and Big screen TV. The hotel was in a favourable location, right in the middle of everything close to the mall close to shopping centers close to beaches awesome really.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere of my room at Best Western Westminster Inn. The accessible features like grab bars in the bathroom and a spacious layout.

More accessible features for seniors would be helpful.

My family and I loved the clean, carpet-free room and the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site. The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for winding down after our long days. Just be aware that breakfast could use a little more variety, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

Despite clean rooms and friendly service, the alarming lack of hygiene was unsettling. Dusty air vents and visible mold in the shower were disappointing and overshadowed the generally pleasant surroundings.

The clean room and comfortable bed enhanced my rest, while the friendly staff made every interaction pleasant. Breakfast offered a nice variety each morning. The carpets could use more frequent cleaning.

The room was clean and cozy, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast included a good variety of both hot and cold options, a lovely start to my day. The staff was responsive to all my requests. I think they could improve by adding more accessible features for seniors.
